When necessary, customer information will be shared with a third party for the purpose of credit card authorizations and delivery fulfillment. We do not ask casual visitors to register or provide any personal information. Domain names and IP addresses may be logged for statistical and administrative purposes only. We may place a text file called a cookie in the browser files of your computer to keep track of items added to your shopping cart. The cookie does not store personal information about you.

Our order forms ask customers to provide us with their name, address, phone number, fax number, e-mail, and credit card number along with shipping information if it differs from billing information. The information we collect from our customers is used to fulfill orders and communicate with them about their orders. Exchange Policy
We stand behind our products and are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged merchandise. Our guarantee includes exchanges only. No refunds are available on personalized items. Personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason after event date, regardless if they are defective or damaged, as we cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise. Items without personalization may incur a restocking fee. we will reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns (non-personalized merchandise is excluded for shipping reimbursement). Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed; only ground services will be reimbursed. we will pay to ship authorized replacements via ground service only. Please place your gift order at least 3 weeks prior to any event date to minimize Rush order and Rush Shipping charges. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 10 business days of delivery date No Exceptions. All merchandise returns/exchanges must have an RA NUMBER or they will be returned to you at your cost. Please email us for a RA number. If you receive an RA please follow the following steps:

1. Place the RA# received on the outside of the box you are returning so it can be seen clearly by the returns department. RA shipments must be returned within 10 business days of RA approval. Please Note: Any package arriving outside of the 10 days and/or without a return authorization number clearly written on the exterior of the package will be returned to sender at the cost of the sender.

2. Be sure the item you are returning for inspection is packaged properly as we is not responsible for further damages due to improper return packaging. Items returned with insufficient packaging will be refused and returned at the cost of the sender.

3. You are encouraged to ship your return via a track-able source, as we cannot be responsible for merchandise lost in transit.

RETURN PACKAGE/ORDER FEES: Often orders are returned for a bad address, customer refusal or other misc. reasons. In these situations, fees are often assessed directly from the shipper and are therefore passed along to you. Heart Deeds will handle this as follows;

1. Address Correction: All shippers require a VALID delivery address. Orders processed without a valid address may be returned or incur additional shipping fees. Our flat address correction fee is $10.00. All additional fees will be assessed directly to the original order invoice and may be done so without notice.

2. Orders/Packages returned by shipper: When a shipment is sent back to Heart Deeds by the shipper, we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible for direction. If we are unable to contact you for resolution within 10 business days we will ship the package directly to you at your cost. All packages returned to us by the shipper will incur return handling fees. Return shipment fees typically equal the initial ship cost.

Cancelling Orders
Orders CANNOT be changed or cancelled once placed. PLEASE review your entire order before you checkout. Check your shipping address, your quantity, and your personalization, etc. None of these items can be changed once an order is placed.

Warranty
All the gifts that we sell are brand new and carry the manufacturer's warranty. Most of the manufacturer warranty however is only limited warranty that does not cover any wear and tear. That being said, please report any defect or issues within 10 days of receiving the gifts.

Commercial Use
Unless mentioned otherwise, the sold on our site is certified for residential use only.

Color Matching
All photos on our website have been color matched with the actual product. How these photos display on any individual monitor and output from any printer can vary widely based on the different settings and external conditions. Regard any color printout as merely a color estimate rather than a true color match.
